This policy explains what personal information Suprema collects through supremasolutions.com, why, and who it's shared with. Suprema is operated by Suprema Solutions LLC, registered in Delaware("Suprema," "we," "us," "our").
What we collect
Only what you give us directly, through one of these:
- Contact / product request forms — name, email, and optionally phone, company, and a message, when you reach out about a product.
- Affiliate applications — name, email, your website (if given), and how you plan to promote us.
- Order follow-up questions — after checkout, the answers you give us to get your product set up (what to connect it to, who to loop in, your goal for it), plus the email your payment was made under.
- Chat messages — if you use the chat widget, your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. We don't attach your identity to them unless you type it yourself.
Payment information
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely on Stripe's (or, for crypto payments, Coinbase Commerce's) own hosted checkout page — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the email associated with it.
Cookies
We set one cookie by default: a referral cookie (suprema_ref), created only if you arrive via an affiliate's link, lasting 30 days, used solely to credit that affiliate if you make a purchase. It carries no personal information, and it is not used for advertising.
We also run the Meta Pixel, but only if you accept it. Nothing is loaded until you choose "Accept" on the banner — if you decline, or simply ignore it, no advertising script runs and no data goes to Meta. When accepted, it tells us which of our ads led to someone viewing a product or starting a checkout, so we can stop paying for ads that don't work. Your choice is remembered on your device, and declining is never re-asked. Nothing on this site requires it — the only thing we lose is the ability to measure our own advertising.
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and page-load speed. These set no cookies, don't follow you between sites, and report aggregate numbers rather than anything identifying you.
Who we share it with
- Stripe and, for crypto payments, Coinbase Commerce — to process payment.
- Resend — to email our team when you submit a contact form, only while this is turned on.
- Anthropic — to generate a reply if you use the chat widget, only while this is turned on.
- Our hosting provider — standard infrastructure logs (requests, IP addresses) needed to run the site.
We don't sell your information to anyone, for any reason.
How long we keep it
We keep what you submit for as long as needed to respond to you, fulfill an order, or run the affiliate program — and no longer than we're required to for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
Email us any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it — we'll handle it by hand, since there's no self-serve account system on this site.
Children
This site is for businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
