Terms of Service.
Effective July 29, 2026.
These terms are between you and Suprema, operated by Suprema Solutions LLC, registered in Delaware ("Suprema," "we," "us," "our"). By ordering a product or using this site, you agree to them.
What you're buying
A done-for-you product on a simple monthly plan. We build the workflow by hand, connect it to the tools you already use, and run it for you — usually live within days. There's no setup fee. It's a service we run for you, not software you install or operate yourself.
Payment and renewal
Each product's page states its price before you pay anything. Your first month is billed at checkout, then it renews automatically every month until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe or, for crypto, Coinbase Commerce — we never see or store your card details. Crypto payments cover one month only and don't auto-renew; you'd return to pay again the following month.
Cancellation
No long-term contract, ever. Cancel any time and you won't be billed again — you keep the month you've already paid for. There's no blanket money-back guarantee beyond that; if something's genuinely wrong, contact us and we'll sort it.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for giving us accurate information to set up your product, for how you use it once it's running, and for complying with the terms of any third-party tool we connect it to on your behalf. Don't use Suprema for anything illegal, or to send spam, harass anyone, or infringe someone else's rights.
Ownership
We own the underlying tools, workflows, and code we build your product on. You own your own business data, content, and anything specific to your account that flows through it.
No guaranteed results
We build and run each product in good faith, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, leads, time saved, or otherwise) — results depend on your business and how the product is used. To the fullest extent the law allows, Suprema isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the service.
Ending a subscription
Either side can end a subscription at any time — you by canceling, us if we can no longer run it in good faith (for example, misuse of the service or of a connected third-party tool). We'll tell you why if we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use an active product after a change means you accept the update.
